Background:
I am taking on another bond, mostly to see if I can push the last bond's efforts twice as far and make more isk.
The Plan:
I'm going to be doubling my isk/efforts doing the exact same thing as the last bond. It appears there is plenty of room for expansion and I want to see how far I can push it before diminishing returns kicks in.
The Details:
I'll take 5 billion isk. I'm selling C-Shares, priced at 10m per share, paying 1.25% interest per week. I am choosing not to limit how many a single investor can buy. This bond is planned to run for twelve weeks, although I reserve the right to buy back at any multiple of four weeks should things in real life become overly disruptive. BULSH 7.0 begins 09 May 09, with a scheduled end date of 1 Aug 09. Optional early end dates are 6 June 09 and 4 July 09.
The Purchase:
The following people have invested with me three or more times, and have priority on sale of shares from time of post until 0400 Eve Time, 4 May 09:

Cinta Verick
Other previous investors have shared priority from 0400 Eve Time 4 May 09, until 0400 Eve Time 5 May 09. Remaining shares will be sold to public reservation.
In order to purchase shares, simply post here reserving them. I will note you as reserved. Once the isk is sent to Stardust CEO, I will note you as paid. Please pay prior to 0400 Eve Time 08 May 09 (Friday).
Note - The shares will not be tracked in-game, rather, in this post as previously tracked.

Reservations are now closed to first-time investors. Once the priority members are done reserving, I'll adjust reservations to meet the 5 billion isk amount, and isk can be sent.

The bond has sold out entirely to previous investors.
New investors may still purchase one share at 10m, allowing you to purchase as a priority member in my next offering.

Your reservation was made before sale of shares opened to the public. You were essentially standing in line waiting for something with your wallet in-hand, but when you got to the counter, they were sold out. I am sorry that you didn't get as many shares as you like, but as Lansoc said, I believe I'm the only person here who oversells to allow new investors in. I do the best I can, and I feel this is an appropriate compromise between giving back to my previous investors and encouraging new investors.
Once again, the normal course of action here would be you receiving nothing. Instead, you've received one share, and may purchase shares as a priority investor next time.
If all of this is simply unacceptable, please let me know and I'll gladly give you your 10m back with the first week's interest.

I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what you're asking, but I think you're asking, 'what happens if the bond sells out, and the bond is still in the reserved time limit for priority investors?' so that's the question I'll answer, and you can clarify if it's not the answer you were looking for.
If I could take more isk, I'd try to allow priority investors to continue to make reservations. If I couldn't handle more isk, I'd ask them to politely wait until next offering.

It occurred to me upon waking this morning that Some Advisor could have meant the name... BULSH... and to be honest, the first acronym for the bond (when it had just started) was Buy Unusually Low, Sell High w/Iteron-based Transport (BULSHIT)
If this is the case, and he was simply saying he couldn't get past the name, then I feel silly.
